DAY 1

Welcome to Cape Town

Sawubona! A Zulu tribe greeting meaning I see you, you are important to me and I value you.

Your South African adventure begins the moment you land in Cape Town, where warm smiles and seamless transfers welcome you to the Mother City. After settling into your hotel, the afternoon is yours to wander the vibrant V&A Waterfront—alive with music, sea breezes, boutique stores, and harbour views.

As the sun dips behind Table Mountain, we gather for welcome cocktails with panoramic views of Cape Town at a rooftop bar. Over introductions and laughter we honour the spirit of Cape Town.

DAY 2

Table Mountain, Garden Landscapes and High Tea

Weather permitting, we rise early to ascend the iconic Table Mountain via the rotating cableway, taking in sweeping panoramas of city, sea, and distant peaks.

We continue to the magnificent Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, a UNESCO-listed wonder where indigenous blooms blanket the slopes of the mountain. Stroll shaded pathways, breathe in fresh fynbos-scented air, and enjoy the serenity of nature.

The afternoon offers a complete change of pace: a classic High Tea at the Mount Nelson, where tiers of pastries, fine teas, and elegant surroundings invite pure indulgence.

DAY 3

Cape Winelands

We depart Cape Town and make our way into the heart of the Winelands, driving past rolling vineyards and mountain scenery. Along the way, we’ll explore the charming towns of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, each rich in history and Cape Dutch character. Enjoy a wine tasting and leisurely lunch at a picture-perfect estate, surrounded by lush vineyards and stunning views.

DAY 4

Cape Peninsula Wonders

Today we travel one of the world’s most breathtaking coastal routes, starting with the dramatic curves of Chapman’s Peak Drive. At Cape Point Nature Reserve, the southern edge of the peninsula, ride the funicular to the lighthouse or enjoy an easy walk with endless blue ocean views stretching toward Antarctica.

A seafood feast at the famed Two Oceans Restaurant refuels us before an afternoon highlight: visiting the charming African penguin colony at Boulders Beach, viewed from scenic boardwalks only a pebble’s throw from the sea.

DAY 5

The Heart of Cape Town: Culture, Colour & Cape Malay Flavours

This morning we step into the story-rich, pastel-coloured streets of Bo-Kaap, guided by a local who brings the neighbourhood’s history, culture, and heritage to life. Our experience continues inside a welcoming family home, where we roll up our sleeves for an intimate Cape Malay cooking class. Expect warmth, spice, laughter, and shared dishes that taste like tradition passed from generation to generation.

The afternoon is yours—relax, wander, shop, or simply soak up Cape Town your way.

DAY 6

West Coast Odyssey

We head north into a landscape of wide-open skies and rugged coastal charm. At the !Khwa ttu Heritage Centre, we deepen our understanding of San culture through immersive exhibits and storytelling.

A leisurely West Coast lunch at a historic estate surrounded by farmlands and ocean breezes – a peaceful corner of the Cape seldom seen by visitors.

Robben Island & Rhythms of Africa dinner

Our final day begins with a powerful journey across Table Bay to Robben Island, where stories of resilience and hope echo through the island’s historical landmarks.

As evening settles, we gather for a colourful farewell dinner, where the rhythms of Africa, storytelling through food, and joyful drumming celebrate a week of connection, exploration and sisterhood.
