- You must be walking fit.
- The Adventurous Ewe acts as an agent and, therefore, cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay, or event beyond our control, including any act of negligence by the service providers.
- Prices are based on the group travelling together. No break aways.
- The price as quoted, is final, subject to any unforeseen price increase beyond our control such as schedule changes and exchange rate fluctuations. Although utmost care is taken to procure the advertised arrangements, we reserve the right to pass on any surcharges. Payment in full 60 days before departure.
- The client is required to submit payment within 7 days on issue of an invoice. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking.
- Payment options available – Payments are to be made by bank transfer or credit card. A 20% deposit is required upon booking the tour. The balance is due on presentation of the invoice, not less than 60 days prior to departure. We can only guarantee the price once full payment has been received. The final payment is based on the confirmed price, less deposit made, plus any additional charges that may have occurred. The payment must reflect in our bank account prior to any release of documents.
- Travel documents – It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, valid for a minimum of 6 months after the return to South Africa and the required 2 full blank pages for travel.
- It is the responsibility of the client to check that all details are correct on the travel documents once received.
- Travel insurance is essential. The insurance covers, but is not limited to, cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, pandemics, sickness, accident or injury, death, medical emergencies, loss of baggage and personal items. It is vital the client reads the wording of the policy. All expenses will be solely for your account in the event of a claim. We do not accept any liability.
- Cancellations – Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation up to 6 weeks before departure – 50% is non-refundable. No shows – No refund.
- Force Majeure – We will not be responsible for any event which we or the Supplier of the service could not avoid. Such events include, but not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or any other cause we could not have avoided.
