Kenya

Kenya is one of the world’s leading safari destinations. It’s where you’ll find Africa’s second highest mountain, Mount Kenya, and home to one of the world’s most visible natural cycles; the Great Wildebeest Migration in the Masai Mara Game Reserve.

Golfing in Kenya offers an unforgettable experience. Stay at the Hemingways Hotel and play a round of golf at the Karen Country Club in Nairobi. From there a short flight to Vipingo Ridge which hosts this season’s opening of the Ladies European Tour, and experience the 18-hole championship course set high on the ridge with dramatic coastal views. This is truly one of the finest courses in the region and perfect, yet challenging setting, for players of all ages and abilities.

Leave the golf behind and fly to the Masai Mara Game Reserve where we stay in a luxury tented camp, with early morning and late afternoon sundowner game drives, followed by a gourmet bush dinner under the watchful eyes of the Game Rangers.

Namibia

Experience playing golf in the magic of this rugged and untamed land.

From the Windhoek Country Club golf course, situated below the Auas Mountains on the southern side of Namibia’s capital, to the Rossmund Golf Course, near Swakopmund, which is one of only five full green fairway desert courses on the planet. It may be the only one where Springbok footprints endanger the lie of a player’s ball. It is a full 72 par golf course up to world standards providing a true golfing challenge in a stunning environment.

On your way to luxury accommodation near the Etosha National Park, visit the Africat Foundation and learn about their research on the ecology of leopard and brown hyenas. Explore Namibia’s animal kingdom with morning and afternoon guided game drives and a Boma Dinner served in the Mopane Forest.

On to our final destination, Sossusvlei. Sossusvlei is a large, white salt and clay pan surrounded by towering red sand dunes located in the Namib Desert. Relax and watch the spectacular sunset over Sundowner drinks. The inner tranquillity that a desert sunset imparts while you sit amongst nature is really something special.
