Role of The Adventurous Ewe: The Adventurous Ewe acts as an agent and cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay, or event beyond our control, including acts of negligence by the service providers.
Pricing and Payments:
- The quoted price is final, subject to any unforeseen increases beyond our control (e.g. currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, airline schedule changes).
- We reserve the right to pass on any surcharges.
- Full payment is due 12 weeks before departure.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The completed booking form is not sufficient to hold a place.
- Payments must reflect in our account before any travel documents will be released.
- Payment methods: bank transfer or credit card only.
- Invoices must be settled within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking.
Minimum Group Requirements: This tours requires a minimum of eight (8) confirmed and paid bookings to go ahead. Should this number not be met, we will notify you in advance and refund the deposit or a credit towards a future tour.
Travel Documents:
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your return and contains at least three (3) blank pages.
- You must verify all travel document details upon receipt.
Travel Insurance
- Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory. It must include cover for cancellations, pandemics, illness, accident, injury, death, medical emergencies and loss of baggage or personal items.
- Clients are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of their policy.
- All expenses related to claims are the sole responsibility of the traveller. The Adventurous Ewe accepts no liability.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 90 days prior to departure: Deposit forfeited
- Within 90 days of departure:
Due to the nature of small group travel, no refunds will be given unless a replacement
guest is found..
- Within 30 days of departure:
100% of the total tour cost is payable and non-refundable
- No-shows:
100% of the total tour cost is payable and non-refundable
- Please note:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or hospitalisation, may
arise. In all cases, cancellations remain subject to the above policy. Guests are required
to claim any recoverable costs through their travel insurance provider.
- If a replacement guest is found:
Should your place be filled, any refund will be based on the amount recovered, less any
unrecoverable costs.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any circumstances beyond our control or that of our suppliers, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural disasters, fire, extreme weather, airport closures or other unforeseen events.
